We find what’s in the way.
Then we build the fix.

  1. Analyze

We find where your customers get stuck.

  2. Architect

We define what to improve and how we’ll build it.

  3. Prove

We build, check, and plan how to measure the effect.

  4. Scale

We use what we learn to help you decide what’s next.

Measuring the effect on revenue can take longer than building the improvement. We agree on any further work with you separately.

Good products deserve a clear plan.

Your budget should support your next stage of growth. Every recommendation should have a reason behind it.

Founder · Growth Architect

Angelo Muhammad founded Swift Originalz after seeing good products held back by unclear strategy and wasted spend. He brings more than thirteen years of personal experience operating, building, advertising, and creating businesses.

We built Swift Originalz to help businesses compete for a greater share of their market. That starts with understanding what’s holding yours back and where to focus your budget.

We look at your customers, your offer, and what you keep from each sale. Then we recommend what to build, explain why it matters, and put the agreed plan to work.

Your Swift Growth Sprint focuses on one priority in your buying journey. We use your data to choose where to focus, define the work with you, and build the solution.

One priority can involve several connected changes. Your proposal makes the work, timeline, and investment clear before we start.

  • We review your data to find where customers get stuck.

  • We document your starting numbers so you can track what changes.

  • We build the changes outlined in your proposal.

  • We check the work and refine it with one revision round.

  • You get the finished work and a clear plan to track its effect.

We aim to complete the agreed implementation in approximately 10–14 working days once we have the access, assets, and approvals we need. Measuring its effect on revenue can take longer.

Your proposal sets out the deliverables, limits, what we need from you, and how we’ll check the work before you decide.

Make your
next move
count.

We work with established brands ready to improve how customers buy. Our focus is Shopify haircare and skincare, and we start with:

  • A product your customers already buy.
  • An online store with existing traffic.
  • Reliable business data and assets we can use.
  • Available inventory.
  • A decision-maker who can approve the work.

Your next step

Find what’s
holding you back.

Your growth analysis starts with a 30-minute conversation about your business, where customers drop off, and what you’ve already tried.

We’ll use what you share to recommend the next step. For work we can take on, you’ll receive a proposal with the scope, timeline, and investment before you commit.

Book a Growth Analysis30 minutes · Your business, your questions

A few good
questions.

What happens in the growth analysis?

We start with a conversation about your business, your buying journey, and the challenges you want to solve. We use what you share to recommend a practical next step. The detailed data review and implementation are part of a separately agreed engagement.

What does an engagement cost?

Engagements start at $5,000. Your initial conversation helps us understand what you need and whether that calls for a focused sprint or a broader scope. You’ll know the work and investment before you decide.

What will you actually build for me?

Your proposal spells that out before you commit. Your data, the problem, and the assets we can use help us decide what’s worthwhile and feasible. One priority can involve several connected changes, and your proposal sets the limits.

How long does it take?

We aim to implement a focused sprint in approximately 10–14 working days once we have the access, assets, and approvals we need. We set a separate timeline with you for broader work. Measuring the effect on revenue can take longer.

What is outside the sprint?

Ad spend, paid software, major rebuilds, new production, and ongoing marketing management are separate unless we explicitly include them in your proposal.

What if we need a larger engagement?

When your business needs more than a focused sprint, we scope a larger implementation or ongoing support around that need. We’ll confirm the work, timeline, and investment with you before we begin.

We commit to the work and measurement process we agree with you. We don’t guarantee a revenue increase, profit, or a particular return.
